SHIPPING & TERMS
7–10 days after the tech pack or reference style is confirmed. Courier at cost (DHL / FedEx), usually 3–5 days to most markets.
25–35 days after sample approval. Peak season (Aug–Oct) can add a week — book early to hold your slot.
FOB Xiamen as standard. DDP available for EU, US, UK and AU. Air freight for urgent top-ups and small orders.
AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection is included. Third-party inspection is welcome at your cost; we arrange access and sample pulls.
30% deposit on order, 70% against B/L copy. Bank transfer or Alibaba Trade Assurance. Terms can be discussed for repeat buyers.
Any shortage or defect reported within 15 days of arrival is resolved with replacement or credit on your next order.
