1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit worluxfit.com, send an enquiry or place an order, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry data — name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, styles and quantities of interest, and the message you send. We need this to quote and reply.
• Order data — billing and shipping addresses, contact person, purchase order references, and payment records (bank transfer confirmations).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL, collected through server logs and, where you accept it, analytics cookies.
• Correspondence — emails and messages exchanged with us about a quote or order.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are made by bank transfer or through the platform you choose (for example Alibaba Trade Assurance), and card data never reaches our servers.

3. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotations — our legitimate business interest and, where required, your consent.
• To perform a contract of sale, including production, quality control, shipping and after-sales handling.
• To meet legal, tax and customs obligations in China and in the destination country.
• To improve the site and understand which styles and pages buyers look at.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies

The site sets a small number of functional cookies — for example to remember a form session or your cookie preference. If analytics is enabled, it sets cookies that record anonymised visit statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site continues to work, although a form may ask you to re-enter details.

5. Who we share data with

• Production partner — the styles, sizes and quantities needed to make your order, and the delivery address. We do not pass your customer list or pricing to them.
• Shipping and freight forwarders — name, address, phone and commercial invoice details required for export.
• Email and hosting providers — our mailbox runs on Feishu (ByteDance) and the site is hosted in the EU. Both process data on our instructions.
• Authorities — where Chinese law, customs or a court order requires disclosure.

6. International transfers

We are based in China and work with buyers worldwide. Enquiry and order data is processed in China and, for hosting and email, in the European Union and Singapore. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders — 24 months, then deleted.
• Order and invoice records — 7 years, as required by Chinese accounting and tax rules.
• Server logs — 90 days.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Write to sales@worluxfit.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and order data is limited to the staff who need it. We keep backups of order records and review access when staff change.

10. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
