100 pcs per style for stock colours and existing patterns. Custom colours start at 300 pcs per colour; a new pattern needs 500 pcs. Silicone logos, woven labels and zip bags are available from 100 pcs.
Yes. Woven neck label, care label, hangtag and polybag are all part of private label. Send artwork in AI or PDF and we return a digital proof before production.
3–5 days for a first sample on an existing block, 7–10 days if a new pattern is needed. The sample fee is refunded against your first bulk order.
25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric stock. Repeat orders on stocked fabric move in 7–10 days.
Yes, as long as each colour meets its own minimum (100 pcs for stock colours).
AQL 2.5 inspection is standard, on OEKO-TEX® 100 certified fabric produced on ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 audited lines. You are welcome to send a third-party inspector — we will arrange access.
30% deposit on order, balance against B/L copy. Terms can be discussed for repeat buyers.
FOB Xiamen as standard, DDP available for most markets. Air freight for samples and small orders.
Yes. Send the sketch or a reference garment; we return a tech pack and price within a week.
