Two days. We review styles, quantities, target price and market requirements, then confirm what is realistic before you commit.
Butter-soft 75/25 or 80/20 nylon-spandex at 220–260 gsm, plus 78/22 polyester options — matched to the hand-feel and opacity your product needs.
We grade the pattern to your size chart, set construction details and confirm measurements before anything is cut.
3–5 days on an existing block. You approve fit, colour and finish on a physical sample — not a render.
25–35 days. First-piece approval, then inspection every 50 pieces, with photos shared at each checkpoint.
AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection, packing list and test reports, then FOB Xiamen or DDP to your warehouse.
