These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders placed with Xiamen Moushi Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd. (unified social credit code 91350212MAK2QPAT67), trading as WORLUXFIT.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in US dollars, FOB Xiamen, and exclude freight, insurance, duties and destination taxes unless explicitly quoted as DDP. Prices depend on quantity, fabric and decoration; a change in quantity or specification may change the price.
The standard minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour. Custom colours (Pantone matching) start at 300 pieces per colour, and a new pattern development starts at 500 pieces. Decoration such as silicone printing, woven labels and custom zip bags is available from 100 pieces.
Stock samples ship in 3–5 days; new patterns take 7–10 days. Sample charges are refunded against the bulk order when the order exceeds 500 pieces. Sample freight is at the buyer’s cost.
An order becomes binding when we issue a proforma invoice and receive the deposit. Before production starts, the buyer approves: the tech pack or reference sample, the size chart, the colour standard, the label artwork and the packaging artwork. Changes requested after approval may add cost and lead time.
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. We accept bank transfer (USD or EUR) and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Other terms can be agreed in writing for repeat buyers.
Bulk production takes 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. Repeat orders on stocked fabric can move in 7–10 days. Lead times are estimates given in good faith; peak season (August–October) can add a week.
Unless agreed otherwise, goods are sold FOB Xiamen. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are loaded, in line with Incoterms 2020. If we quote DDP, we handle carriage and import clearance to the named address; duties and taxes are included in that price.
Every order receives an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection before dispatch, with a photo report. Third-party inspection is welcome at the buyer’s cost; we arrange access, sample pulls and a working area.
Shortage, wrong item or manufacturing defect must be reported within 15 days of arrival with photos and the carton or style reference. Verified claims are settled by replacement on the next order or by credit note. Claims do not cover damage caused in transit, incorrect washing, or normal wear.
The buyer confirms they own or are licensed to use any logo, artwork or design supplied to us, and indemnifies us against third-party claims arising from it. We keep buyer designs confidential and do not produce them for other customers. Our own styles, patterns and photography remain our property; they may not be copied or resold as stock without written permission.
Prices, specifications and technical documents exchanged during a project are confidential. Either party may ask for a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive material.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, epidemics, port closures, government action, or a supplier failure that could not be avoided with reasonable care. The affected party will notify the other promptly and agree a revised schedule.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; if that fails, the dispute goes to the competent court in Xiamen, Fujian.
